At the final gala in September 2025, Georgian soprano Lina Tsiklauri was awarded:

The Concurso Internacional de Canto Alfredo Kraus is an internationally recognized vocal competition dedicated to the legacy of legendary Spanish tenor Alfredo Kraus. The competition gathers outstanding young opera singers from around the world and is known for launching international careers through professional exposure, performance opportunities, and collaboration with major opera institutions.
After several demanding preliminary and semifinal rounds, only nine finalists were selected to perform at the grand gala concert at the Auditorio Alfredo Kraus, accompanied by the Orquesta Filarmónica de Gran Canaria under conductor Óliver Díaz.
Beyond the main ranking, Tsiklauri’s success was especially notable because she earned two major awards in one competition, demonstrating both technical excellence and artistic individuality. The jury praised performances that combined refined vocal control with expressive stage presence — essential qualities for today’s operatic career.
