Biography
Georgian soprano Lina Tsiklauri is rapidly gaining recognition for her vibrant stage presence and vocal agility across Europe. Her upcoming engagements include debuts at the Stadtheater Bern as in La traviata, Don Giovanni, Cavalleria Rusticana/Pagliacci, Serse, the Sibiu Opera Festival as Zerlina Don Giovanni and at Theater Erfurt as Musetta in La Bohème, alongside a return to the Tbilisi State Opera as Rosina in Il Barbiere di Siviglia. Recent highlights include performances as Adele in Die Fledermaus at the Teatro Nuovo Udine, Norina in Don Pasquale at the Bobbio Festival, in Monza and in Luxembourg, and Berta in Il Barbiere di Siviglia in Luxembourg. She also appeared as Elisetta in Il Matrimonio Segreto at the Ticino Musica Festival in Switzerland.
Ms. Tsiklauri’s concert career includes appearances at the Tbilisi State Opera, Rustaveli theatre, Centre des Arts Pluriels (CAPE) in Luxembourg, Le Théâtre de la Rotonde in Épinal, the Bucharest State Opera, and collaborations with distinguished artists such as Lado Ataneli under the baton of Zaza Azmaiparashvili. Her formative years at the Tbilisi State Opera Studio (2018–2022) laid the groundwork for her artistic development, with roles including Gilda in Rigoletto, Adina in L’elisir d’amore, Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro, Papagena in Die Zauberflöte, Lauretta in Gianni Schicchi, and Keto in Keto and Kote. Recently, in September 2025 She won second and the best performer prize in Tenor Kraus Competition in Spain, Gran Canaria. 2025 November, She won Crown Competition in Tbilisi, Third prize and endless applause. A graduate of the Tbilisi State Conservatoire, where she earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Opera Singing, Ms. Tsiklauri has further refined her craft through masterclasses with renowned artists such as Barbara Frittoli and Ramon Vargas.
